Callon B Drops His New Single/Music Video "Troup 270"
/Back on DCWS like he never left, Paducah, KY rapper and Got Your Back Entertainment founder Callon B has just released his new single and music video entitled “Troup 270”. The Cartier Jones produced song, inspired by Count Alonzo, appears on the recently released album “Junk MuZik”, and is a two part piece that reveals the dualistic nature of Callon B, the dark and the light.
Callon B explains, “Troup is about being trapped in your comfort zone and how being too comfortable may result in stagnant progress. Being afraid to break out of your comfort zone can sometimes be a toxic situation preventing you from growing as a person. 270 is about branching out and realizing that even if you leave the comfort zone of your home, it's never far because home is always in your heart and you may find that comfort there in knowing that. If you split the B in half it makes a 1 and a 3, The number 13 brings the test, the suffering and the death. It symbolizes the death to the matter or to oneself and the birth to the spirit. The 1 is male, and a realist stuck in his ways and the 3 is feminine, willing to go outside of the box for a new experience”.
Both of these sides are represented in the “Troup 270” song and video, which is directed by Brightside BLVD. Watch Callon B’s DOPE new clip now, stream “Junk MuZik”, the album “Troup 270” is featured on below, and connect with him on his social media and website.
