Straight out of Brussels is psychedelic alternative rap duo Holoboy Eskaton 115, consisting out of two members Vinco Zierowan and SVDU, both Belgian multidisciplinary artists. Holoboy Eskaton 115's name is inspired by Holograms, The Eschaton (In political theory and theology, to immanentize the eschaton means trying to bring about the eschaton (the final, heaven-like stage of history) in the immanent world. In all these contexts, it means trying to make that which belongs to the afterlife happen here and now (on Earth), and element 115 which is an alien synthetic chemical element also known as Moscovium.
Holoboy Eskaton 115’s music is a combination of multiple genres, but it's very influenced by futurism, trap, treadrap, cloudrap, conscious rap. A perfect example is this amalgam of dopeness is the duo’s new single “Mystery Mekanix”, and its accompanying animated music video, directed by Vinco.
