Hannah Stewart Shares "Hotter Exposed", the First of Her Summer Single Releases

Hannah Stewart’s newest release, “Hotter Exposed,” is available now on all major streaming platforms. The single marks the first in a series Stewart is releasing over summer, and follows the January release of Stewart’s debut EP, “Hsmd”, as well as the May release of her dreampop duo Inanna’s EP, “What Is Living Above the Light (WILATL)”. “Hsmd” and “WILATL” were met with widespread praise from blogs, radio, and magazines around the world, and this single sees Stewart coming into her own by pushing the envelope, while continuing to master her production skills and hone in on her sound.

Booming, outspoken, and hypnotically groovy, “Hotter Exposed” showcases Stewart’s signature harmonic layering, insistent beat structure, and expressive instrumentation. It also finds Stewart leaving the vocals more clear and less washed out than on her previous work, and the soul of her voice shines through in a Gaga-esque sound.

In Hannah’s own words about the new single, she says, “Hotter Exposed is about choosing to pursue a challenging or ambitious path determinedly, especially when faced with seeing others enjoying the comforts of an easier path at the same time. It’s an affirmation to repeat to yourself, and I tried to craft the song to hint at that and give it an intimate, in-your-head, but empowering and dance-y feel.
