Freeport, Illinois based singer-songwriter Josh Naujokas is back on DCWS with his second EP entitled “Music to Drown By”, which was inspired from the movie interpretation of Titanic. Speaking about his inspiration Josh says, “The scene when the string quartet is playing music despite the ship sinking was super intriguing to me”.

Josh’s music blends Alternative R&B and Horror-Emo-Trap seamlessly and he has been compared to artists like Lil Peep, Joji, BadXChannels, Ghostemane, Trippie Redd, Killstation Nothing Nowhere, and Poppy. One of many things that makes Josh unique is his song names, which include titles like "Medusa Gave Me Rigor Mortis" and “Mona Lisa is Just a Stage Name”.

Each song on the EP also has a visualizer on YouTube that's basically the same loop, but with different color backgrounds that interpret how Josh wants the song to visually be represented.
