Ebble & Abbott are a psychedelic pop, indie band from Long Island, New York. Their influences range from French avant guard to modern indie to instrumental space rock. Formed at the tail end of Summer 2019, Ebble & Abbott combined their unique styles and emotive desire to create, launching an insatiable mechanism for musical production. The band consists of Ebble on vocals, keyboards, programming, and Len E Abbott on vocals, guitars, bass, programming. Often compared to critically acclaimed acts such as The Polyphonic Spree, MGMT, Air, Alcest, M83, and the like, the duo quickly garnered the attention of local indie label, Supple Records Inc., signing them in short order. “Growing up on Long Island has given us the appreciation and sense of family that only the suburbs can provide… I’m biased of course,” explains Len. “Supple was a perfect fit for us. They understand the importance of personal experience in music… feeling, emotion, and the ability to bend boundaries. They let us be us.”
Ebble & Abbott have just dropped the highly unique visual for their debut single, “Des Nuages à Paris”. We’re big fans of the creativity of the director, Caster Fagan, as it seems like we’re watching several videos at once as we take a visual trip through the city of Paris.
