Snowball ii Unveils New Music Video For "Lost In Juarez"

Fresh off the heels of their newly released EP ‘Eaton Super 10’, Southern California based indie/shoegaze group Snowball ii have released a music video for the single “Lost In Juarez”. The video was directed by respected songwriter and creative Annie Hardy, who also sang guest vocals on the EP and is known for her work in music group Giant Drag.

The “Lost In Juarez” video takes the viewer back to the creative heydays of indie music videos, and many may pick up on 90’s vibes (a-la Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine) while vocalist Jackson Wargo and his band play inside the kitchen of a suburban home. The flow of the video and low key production gives viewers a heavy dose of alternative nostalgia and creatively melds both the visceral and intellectual energy of Wargo’s songwriting. While Snowball ii has been self-described as shoegaze “recreationists”, the group draws on many other indie/alternative influences and have been praised for their unique songwriting and creative media.
