NOMAD Drops the Self-Directed Music Video For His Single "On The Shoulders"

NOMAD is the stage name for Alex Adrian, a lifelong musician, originally from New York City, and now based in Detroit. Throughout the years, Alex has used the NOMAD project as a means to vent his story of overcoming addiction and loss, and as it has picked up traction, he’s begun carving out a larger mission.

NOMAD realized that with a microphone in hand, he has a platform to help as many people as possible in many different regards. He donates all his proceeds from music to sober living communities, as well as donating his time to public speaking on substance abuse and mental health.

NOMAD does everything he can to ensure he is carving his own lane in music and differentiating himself from others. It's not rap, it’s not metal, it's not EDM or trap, it’s an atmosphere and universe all it's own.

Speaking of atmosphere, NOMAD has definitely lifted his music up to the next level with the new single, “On The Shoulders” (prod. by Joel Evans), and its accompanying, self-directed music video, which showcases several well known sites in NYC.

NOMAD’s “On The Shoulders” covers all the bases for DOPEness, and music fans of rap, metal and electronic genres will all feel at home with this release, because it’s just good music. Our only gripe is that “On The Shoulders” is too short.

Watch the music video now, stream “On The Shoulders” on Spotify and connect with NOMAD on his IG. Also, hang close to DCWS because we’ve got an exclusive Q&A with him dropping soon.
