Our DOPEST Video of the Week comes from French producer, composer, and songwriter Petit Biscuit who blends chill electronic soundscapes with glitchy bass undertones to confront the impact between analogue and digital on his new single, “Wide Awake”. His delicate vocals are front and centre as he not only explores the aforementioned conflict, but “how even a man that seemingly has no fear, simply hides it deep inside.” It also comes equipped with a mesmerizing music video where CGI gradually transforms to live action, framing the themes of “Wide Awake” in stunning fashion.
