Charlotte's StarMakingPlays Drops His New Video "Slide On You"

Check out this DOPE new video entitled “Slide On You”, which comes from part time barber and a full time artist, StarMakingPlays, who began his music career when he was just 11 years old. Born in New York and raised in Charlotte to a hardworking Dominican mother, Star found his outlet through music. Growing up, Star was exposed to a lot of RnB and took a liking to legendary artists like Lauryn Hill, TLC and Boyz II Men. His love for rap grew when his neighborhood friends would freestyle. Over the next decade he was dedicated to finding the balance and mastering his sound. His sound is compared to Drake, KirkoBangz and Nav.

“Slide On You”, produced by Jerm Juice is the classic example of successfully pulling off the booty call. The lyrics suggest that you’ve had a long day and you’re in need of a few drinks and a night cap.
