The Aether Unveil Their New Song "Ask Ya Self"

The Aether is a Rap/Hip-hop group formed in 2018 by cousins The Tech (Timothy Jenkins) and Heavily Sedated (Christopher Hartley). Both originally from Jacksonville, Florida, they're style is a versatile, quick cadence, melodic mix influenced by their down south upbringing and the artists they grew up listening to such as Bone Thugs N Harmony, Twista, Outkast, and 2Pac.
Their new song “Ask Ya Self” is based of a few real life stories. The first part of the song is about "The Tech" (Timothy Jenkins) and describes struggles of being a army veteran trying to be rap artist, a father, and a college student finding out that people previously thought to be friends, were not. The second part, about "Heavily Sedated" (Christopher Hartley), talks about dealing with emotion, bouncing back from doing time in prison and keep sight of the goal for the sake of the family.
