Seoul-Based DJ and Producer, Madison Park, Drops Her Single "Hindsight", Featuring Fiction

Knowing how to read sheet music before Korean music has been ingrained in Madison Park since she started classical vocal and classical piano at the tender age of four; that would lead her to become the female DJ and producer she is today. Since then, Madison has become fluent in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, with 14 years of classical piano training under her belt.

But it wasn’t until the age 12 that she was able to truly fall into music by discovering the pop music world on YouTube. There, she found her passion for film scoring and music production, but all of the tutorials were in English, a language she didn’t know at the time, so she found a way to teach herself. “I spent my time watching A LOT of The Ellen Show monologue and Harry Potter interviews and would just stupidly mimic and memorize what they are saying with a phone dictionary on my one hand all night.” Her unconventional tactic worked, and she was able to begin working within the tutorials.

Madison’s new single “Hindsight” combines RnB vocals, and orchestral elements, that all lead to a melodic future bass drop. With Madison taking on the production side of this project, Fiction lent his vocals to the track (co-writer of K-Pop artist Tiffany Young’s charting single “Born Again”).
