New to DCWS is Philadelphia raised, LA based artist JUJ who continues to impress in 2020 with her pop cut “1-800-Hell No”. Showcasing her stand out vocals over sky-reaching production, the track serves as a further example of JUJ making big inroads this year. Speaking on the track, JUJ states:

So excited for this release! It stands out & feels unique to my music prior but also keeps similar elements like choir that feel authentic to my sound. It feels like the perfect time to release ‘1-800’ with summer ending & back to school approaching even if it’s a zoom gathering it’s definitely the summer feel good song I’ve been waiting for.

Making music for her restless generation, JUJ sings to kids from the projects to the burbs who feel trapped in their city and long to change to their world. This year will see JUJ at her prolific best as she looks set roll out music consistently over the next few months. Be sure to keep a close eye on her.
