Locals is a hip-hop collective from New York City consisting of young rappers Zeus and Rafael, and a singer, gracezaffuto. They provide an original and fresh sound that the music industry has been lacking for a very long time. Just this year, they received the co-sign of ROC Nation's very own Vic Mensa.
