With so many reports of mental health issues rising all over the world, especially in regards to depression and social isolation Sia Shells and Ekelle wanted to spread some much needed joy and a reminder to keep on loving yourself. Many of us have seen tough times with lost jobs, family members and loved ones falling ill, and the general unpredictability of this pandemic age.
