Chicago based rapper Emcee Monte returns to DCWS with the title track from his just released EP entitled “Change Gone Come”.

Speaking about his self produced new song, Emcee Monte says “This song is very special to me because it tells the story of the black experience in America past and present. From the great black migration to now. It sheds light on how the Civil Rights Movement connects to the Black Lives Matter Movement today. But, even though we still have to fight for equality we know a change is coming and it is coming soon!”
