Los Angeles DJ/producer DOWNLOWD just released an official remix for funk, pop duo FLY BY MIDNIGHT's hit single, “XL”. DOWNLOWD says of the project: "I love Fly By Midnight and their tunes. I think they have huge potential to be the next big thing. Plus they’re great guys. The tune is a love song about getting cozy with your significant other- I really wanted to capitalize on the happy, positive vibes with the remix while giving it some energy.”
Whats more exciting, while DOWNLOWD has stated remixes won’t play into the main canon of his adventure (for now), the artwork for his remix of “XL” may hint at the possibility of potential ‘elseworlds’ in DOWNLOWD’s universe.
