American duo (pronounced bowz) composed of and are versatile classy rockstars who defy genre boundaries and cultural expectations.
Defying all expectations from a traditional Asian family, Bernie and Johan paved their own way through the scene. In 2018 BEAUZ released their hit single , which rose to #1 on the iTunes Dance Chart. The duo became a viral remix powerhouse on YouTube, solidifying their position as a favorite among top music tastemakers worldwide. They soon caught attention from artists they looked up to, landing them multiple official remixes. Most notably, their official remix of 'Happy Now' has become a staple in Zedd's DJ sets.
Nevertheless, BEAUZ truly became an undeniable force in 2019 with their sensational original songs. After multiple releases including Crazy on NCS, the brothers released with Universal. Shortly after, they released the genre-bending Count The Hours with Armada, which became viral on Douyin and kicked off the duo’s first worldwide. BEAUZ closed off the year by announcing to be the first artist to release on the new imprint Spinnin’ Asia with , positioning the duo as pioneers of Psypop. In 2020, BEAUZ consistently released new music also with original vocals by Bernie and Johan, as well as their first EP BEAUZWORLD, VOL.1.
Following their previously released debut single “Half a Heart”, BEAUZ returns with “Outerspace” on Monstercat. The duo’s introduction to Monstercat has only been met with excitement and love for their feel-good, heart warming tunes.
