The debut full-length, which flawlessly captures both the uncertainty and excitement of growing up as a millennial in modern times, is set for March 16th, 2018 release on Interscope Record. The album will feature the band's five previously-released bangers about addressing social awkwardness, self-doubt, anxiety and the qualms of growing into young adulthood, "Hello Hello," "Hard To Be Myself," "Swim," "Glue" and "Brooklyn," which will join a prism of eleven perfectly-timeless unreleased pop tracks to create the sixteen song full-length.

The new album represents the unflinching build that Fickle Friends amassed throughout 2017 and is a declaration of intent toward their goals of an unwaveringly successful 2018. With previous singles gathering a collective 28 million streams on Spotify and praise from Pitchfork, Nylon, and Paste, You Are Someone Else capsulizes what Stereogum has already described as "infectious" and Noisey called "a sparkling slab of indie-pop."

Brooklyn Alt-R&B Artist Adrian Daniel Announces New Album "FLAWD", Due Out March 2nd!

Brooklyn RnB artist @adriandanielBK has announced his new album, "FLAWD", set to drop on March 2, 2018...

Adrian Daniel music.jpg

Becoming known as the sound of Brooklyn R&B, Adrian Daniel is captivating audiences with his signature soulful sonics. Melding musical influences ranging from Kanye West to Michael Jackson to Tame Impala and beyond, he's is set on defying genres and labels. This is exemplified in his new album, "FLAWD", set to release on March 2, 2018 via 1990 Records/Empire. Adrian gave fans a taste throughout 2017, releasing a handful of singles from the project including his seductive ode to the bad ladies "Havoc", a sultry heartbreaker "This City", and the soul bearing stunner "Open Up". Listen on Spotify: http://bit.ly/AdrianDanielSpotify

When you think of modern R&B music it's rare you find artists whose roots run deep in Brooklyn. The most populated and diverse borough in the bustling city of New York usually brings hip-hop and indie rock to mind; but singer/songwriter/producer and native Brooklynite Adrian Daniel is reminding people of the rich history of soul, funk, and rhythm and blues that came out of his neighborhood. Starting his career at a young age as a dancer, gracing stages like the Apollo Theater and the Brooklyn Academy, Adrian turned his focus to music and dropped his first project in 2012. His signature Alternative R&B sound has been making waves since, poising him as a true contender in the music landscape. His sound has been said to be one of the reasons R&B is exciting again, pushing the genre into new territory.

Adrian's work is fortifying the resurgence of Pop R&B and Hip-Hop. He entrances listeners with his old-school flair, lyrical storytelling and signature genre-blending style. Propelled by a constant stream of ear-catching singles, Adrian has built impressive momentum that has garnered him support from Billboard, TIDAL Rising, Complex, VIBE, FADER, Revolt, Beats 1, Highsnobiety, and more.

Keys N Krates Drops New Single "Do What You Do" and Share Details About Their Upcoming Album and Tour

Toronto-based live electronic act @keysnkrates are back to share their new single "Do What U Do"...

Keys N Krates new music

Toronto-based live electronic act Keys N Krates are back to share a new single. "Do What U Do" follows recently released Boxing Day giveaway "Flute Loop (feat. Ouici)" and is a soulful and cinematic offering from the trio. Through warm chords and harmonious vocal samples, the Canadians use retro-soul ideas to fuse a nostalgia-inducing future classic. "Do What U Do" is the third single from Keys N Krates' forthcoming debut album, Cura, arriving in early 2018 via Dim Mak Records.

Says Greg on "Do What U Do," "We wanted to channel the spirit of Dilla and Premiere. We drew from their style of quirky swung sample chops to create a fun summery vibe in the first half of the song switching to a more intense cinematic vibe in the second half of the song."

Cura is shaping up to be some of the strongest work yet from the Juno Award-winning trio. The album's first single "Glitter" has found widespread love at radio, with support from tastemakers KCRW, Beats 1 (Anna Lunoe, Julie Adenuga) and Sirius XM's "Chill." The follow-up single "Flute Loop (feat. Ouici)" dominated Spotify, landing on New Music Friday playlists in 9 countries and trended across Viral Charts (Global Viral 50 ${"["}#32], United States Viral 50 ${"["}#17] and Canada Viral 50 ${"["}#19]).

Cura will be supported by an extensive headlining tour, with the North American leg kicking off on January 24th in Buffalo, NY and running through the spring. The group is also announcing that they will play sets at Ultra Music Festival and Electric Forest.

In other news, the group's "Dum Dee Dum" single has recently achieved RIAA gold status. Given that the song never received significant radio airplay, this milestone is a testament to the scope of the group's grassroots popularity.

Kelela Announces Winter Tour Dates and Will Perform at Governors Ball and Coachella This Summer

@kelelam is back to announce a string of winter tour dates and performances at Governors Ball and Coachella this summer...

Kelela tour dates.jpg

Kelela is back to announce a string of winter tour dates. Following a run of Australian shows with The xx, Kelela will perform in several major East Coast markets including Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and New York with more dates to be announced soon. In addition to the tour dates, Kelela is set to perform at Governors Ball and Coachella this summer.

News of the new tour dates follows a breakout 2017 for Kelela, which saw her release her highly anticipated debut album Take Me Apart via Warp Records to critical claim and adoration from fans. The project was included in a multitude of year end lists, ranking #4 on Pitchfork's list, #17 on Complex's, #8 on Noisey's, as well as being included in the Los Angeles Times' list of essential LA albums. Standout tracks "LMK," "Frontline," and "Take Me Apart" were featured in best songs of the year lists from The New York Times, The FADER, and Pitchfork.

"Kelela remains ambitious and distinctive on her first proper album, offering unshowy yet modern production alongside emotionally complex lyrics that spare neither her partner nor herself from her high standards," compliments Pitchfork. "Hovering slow-motion anticipation alternates with ecstatic rushes as Kelela offers a late-night tryst. The lyrics' aquatic imagery parallels sounds that could come from underwater," writes The New York Times of "Take Me Apart." Says Complex, "This album, despite hinging on vulnerability, also makes you feel completely fucking sexy and alive." Writes Noisey, "Take Me Apart - throbs with an intensity that carries you from a post-breakup talk in your now-ex's apartment, to the car, to the club, to your bedroom when you entangle yourselves in each other's limbs again. It was more than worth the wait." Kelela doesn't mince words when it comes to describing her musical aim. "I was [searching] for the place between Björk, Sade, and Beyoncé," she told EW this year. "She found it and more on Take Me Apart," says Entertainment Weekly.

Find full tour routing and read more about Kelela below, and stay tuned for more from the artist in 2018.

Chuckie Campbell & The Phaction are set to embark on a 24 city promotional tour for their new album, "Taking Back Tomorrow." The tour is set to run July 30th-September 5th across the western United States and finish in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Taking Back Tomorrow, upon release, will feature some of today's most groundbreaking voices, including Iesha Green (sharing songwriting credits with Rihanna) and Heidi Feek (daughter of country music stars, Joey and Rory Feek), while matching them with legendary hip hop names, such as Ras Kass (who Pitchfork called one of the greatest rappers of all time) and Talib Kweli (independent hip hop pioneer and former Rawkus Records emcee and co-creator of the famed hip hop super duo Black Star), among many others. All shows associated and scheduled as a part of "The Taking Back Tomorrow Tour," an ambitious routing that will touch cities nationally and internationally, are set to support the album as it prepares for release.

We hope that when we visit your city, you'll come join us at your local brewery, pub, music hall, or music festival. Our routing and remaining dates are posted below:

In the past, Campbell's work has received multiple five star reviews, playlist picks, and album of the week selections, while finding coverage from some of the country's largest national media outlets, such as the Huffington Post, The Source, and Young Hollywood. For live performances, he combines with a live band to form Chuckie Campbell & The Phaction. With David "Teaspoon" Hulett on drums, Naheem Shabazz and Shawn West on Trombone, and Emilio Virella on the Trumpet, Chuckie Campbell & The Phaction make for a dynamic, powerful, and eclectic approach to hip hop, filled with fluid instrumentation, lush musical arrangements, and heartfelt poetic nuance. They will be joined on this tour by G Premacy, Bridging the
Music's Colorado Solo Artist of the Year, performing selective tracks from his own stellar release, The Move.
