To celebrate what would have been J Dilla's 43rd birthday, RnB/Soul singer-songwriter Jae Franklin has released "Flowers - A J Dilla Dedication", a Hip-Hop/Soul mash-up created to celebrate the life and art of J Dilla.  Jae sings her favorite Soul and Hip-Hop songs over her favorite Dilla beat, which is called "Flowers" (check out the instrumental here).
