“From Lego To Legacy” signifies growth and the building blocks of life. Each song represents a different life experience that can either build or break you as a person. Determine the way you think and decision make. Shape your character and ultimately decide how you want to lead your legacy. Think about those lessons you learn as a child and how they resonate with you today. That is “From Lego To Legacy”.

What are some things/people/places that inspire your creativity as an artist?

My life circumstances being from the Bronx, New York, which is the home of hip-hop inspires my creativity daily. 2Pac, J. Cole, Jay-Z and Biggie are some influences that Inspire my creativity as well.

Who are the producers that provided beats for the EP and was there a certain sound that you wanted to incorporate on it?

The producers credits go to Basqui which is my bro who created the reasons beat. The list continues with producers such as Yondo, Gum$, AEBEATS Luccid Soundz, J^P^N and PK.

I just wanted every song to have a different learning experience and message and felt each beat should bring out a different emotion in the listener as well. I wanted everything to feel like a real life situation; a real trial, tribulation and thought.

"What’s The Vibes" is a very DOPE visual. How did you and Vanice Alexander, the director, come up with the treatment for it and who was your leading lady?

When I created the song “What’s The Vibes” I Instantly had an idea for the video. I knew what I wanted to portray and the type of leading lady I wanted for the video. I came in contact with Vanice because she did my brother Omar i$Lord’s video and it was amazing. I reached out to Vanice after I found the location. During the shoot we just bounced ideas off each other. Vanice did an amazing job putting everything together; I can’t thank her enough.

The leading lady is Shanna. Kae is a multi media creative but ultimately a person trying to make life memorable and worth living while she is on this earth. Shanna wants to leave her mark on this earth by creating a unforgettable legacy. Shanna captures so many beautiful elements of life and self appreciation throughout the video. The picture couldn’t be painted without Shanna.

What’s next after “From Lego To Legacy" and the "Whats The Vibes" video? Can we expect another single to drop before 2020?

What’s next? Good question just want to remain consistent continuing to promote this project. Work on more visuals for the project and drop those in 2020.
