Brisbane Based Artist Keelan Mak Releases His Debut EP, “Test The Shallows”
/Emerging from Brisbane, Keelan Mak’s music is a smoky, sultry mixture of himself and the inner city. Inspired by the art and artists that make up the fast-paced and evolving sweltering metropolis, Keelan Mak seamlessly blends indie and electronic music to create a unique artistry in the music industry landscape.
2018 saw the launch of the young artists career with his debut single, “Weigh You Down” being added to major Spotify playlists, and saw massive support from national radio platform, triple j and triple j Unearthed.
Mak finished 2018 strong by being the recipient of the AMEX Music Backers Grant, announced as one of two hand-picked showcasing artists representing triple j unearthed at BIGSOUND 2018, co-wrote and featured on the “Wouldn’t Be The Same” single with Australian electronic favourites Tora and released his second single, “Flicker” which is now sitting on 200K+ streams.

Now, in a pivotal point in his career, Keelan Mak releases his highly anticipated debut EP, “Test The Shallows”.
