NYC Alternative Rock Band Rainy Days Unveil Their New Single/Video "Sunspot Ghosts"
DCWS is stoked to introduce you to Rainy Days, an alternative rock band based out of New York City, bringing dreampop and surf rock vibes to the stormy isles of Manhattan and Brooklyn. They have taken over DCWS for the next week and we are excited to showcase their music with our audience. Fans of Joji, CASTLEBEAT, Surf Curse, and just great music in general, are definitely in for an auditory and visual treat!
Rainy Days originally debuted in 2021 with their first full length record, “Be Necessary”. Over the last two years, they have continued to advance their sounds and presence as a musical staple of NYC’s indie rock scene. Their singles “Old Captain Cutler” and “Youth, I’m Yours” painted a vivid picture of what is yet to come, while the “ARCHVILLAIN” EP (listen HERE) gives a taste of their ever-evolving stockpile of dangerous and dreamy jams.
The band has just unveiled their brand new self-produced song “Sunspot Ghosts”, as well as its Trystan Cruise directed music video.
Watch the visual right now, stream “Sunspot Ghosts” on Spotify and connect with the band on their social media. Also, be on the lookout for our exclusive interview with Rainy Days later this week!
