Hell's Kitchen's Own Spoiler NYC Unleash the Clip For Their Song "Banned in 38 States"

From Hell's Kitchen, New York, comes the unabashedly raw punk rock revivalists Spoiler NYC and their aggressive, visceral new release "Banned in 38 States". This band carries genuine relevance to punk rock veterans Rancid, Social Distortion, and the Misfits and its frontman Alan Robert is no stranger to the scene. He has shared the stage with all of those bands as the co-founder, bassist and primary songwriter for Life of Agony (LOA recently announced a world tour to celebrate 30 years of their cult-classic debut "River Runs Red"). On "Banned in 38 States", Spoiler NYC sound like a band truly invested in the kind of chaotic wisdom and energetic freedom that only heavy punk music can conjure.

Spoiler NYC is a punk rock trio featuring Alan Robert on lead vocals & bass, Chris “Junkyard" Selletti on guitar, and Tommy “The Kid" Clayton on drums. The group's new release "Banned in 38 States" is available everywhere on digital. Limited-edition vinyl ships on Halloween. Pre-orders are available now through Brookvale Records, and you can purchase the record with add-ons such as an autographed color photo, embroidered patch, and sticker.

"I grew up on punk rock when it was dangerous. When burned out buildings lined Hell's Kitchen instead of these shiny, billion-dollar, high-rise condos. We're bringing back that raw, old-school angst with Spoiler NYC,” said Lead Vocalist Alan Robert. “The feeling that chaos can break out at any given moment."

Spoiler NYC’s “Banned in 38 States” will be released on limited-edition green and purple vinyl this Halloween. It includes two new tracks produced and mixed by Grammy Award-winner Ken Lewis (Wu Tang Clan, Beastie Boys, Eminem), and 12 remastered songs from the group’s debut. Mastering done by Life of Agony’s Joey Zampella at The Nest Studio, Long Island, NY.
