Our new DOPEST Video of the Week, “South Central State of Mind”, comes from Los Angeles based rap group V.O.T.G. aka Voice of the Ghetto. The song itself is the title track on V.O.T.G.’s album released last year, and the video was directed by 19 year old Timur Bootzin, who also shot/directed the short film “Hermanos”, which you can check out below.
