Three Day Monk Drops His Brand New Single "I wish you were dead"
The amazing “I wish you were dead” is the brand new single to be released by Bedfordshire, UK based multi-instrumentalist Tristan Nelson, under the project name Three Day Monk. Though predominantly rock, Three Day Monk’s music also ventures into the genres of grunge, psyche, neo-soul, blues, and more. After various appearances solo and in a two-piece in local venues over some years, the project found full fruition amidst the longing desire to create music that knew no restrictions.
Recorded with Matty Moon, “I wish you were dead” incorporates a cinematic-esque vibe, captivatingly narrating the psyche of the track’s character by use of misleading, unconventional arrangements and instrumentation.
“I wish you were dead” follows the release of Three Day Monk’s seasonal EP “Natsu” (stream HERE), which infers that we’ll be getting much more music from him throughout 2021. We’ll definitely be on stand by for the next musical release, but in the meantime, vibe out to “I wish you were dead” below, stream it on your preferred music service, and connect with Three Day Monk on his website and social media.
