“MEDI comes from my reflections on wanting to pursue fame & entertainment, which I see as methods of mass connection. I believe we all want connection on many levels and we also want to be full, confident, and loved. Combined with the method of mass connections, our need to be full can lead to greed, our need for confidence can lead to pride, and our need to be loved can be confused with lust. We must have balance in ourselves so we won’t fall into the pits of the industry and ultimately lose ourselves. That's why we need to find a form of meditation that suits us!
