Minneapolis based alternative rock band Hotel Caviar is a collaboration of seasoned musicians from the local scene has created a unique blend of musical tastes and sounds not to be missed. The band consists of local and national level music scene veterans: Abisha Uhl (of Sick of Sarah) on lead vocals, Christopher Schara, AJ Sugar, and John Olson (of Vaudeville) on guitar, bass, and drums respectively, and Stephanie Thorup (of Vaudeville, and The Phoenix Philosophy) on guitar.

With influences across the rock, pop, and alternative genres, Hotel Caviar is writing, recording, and playing infectiously catchy songs that are certain to be stuck in your head in only the best of ways.

Speaking of infectious catchy songs, Hotel Caviar has just released their new single “Flip Side”, which will appear on their upcoming debut EP, “3 Star Review”, due out on April 1st. “Flip Side” is a glorious representation of the band’s musical repertoire and flavor, and we look forward to rocking out to their EP in a few weeks.
