Listen to "Sleep Talking" by LA-Based Songstress and Model Charlotte Lawrence
Los Angeles' Charlotte Lawrence's new single "Sleep Talking", finds the Los Angeles-based songstress building upon the sonic template established on "Seventeen," her most recently released single. Where "Seventeen" found Lawrence and producer Leven Kali (best known for his work with Playboi Carti) exploring budding romance, "Sleep Talking" is a declaration of independence shaking off an unfaithful lover, and features production from MAG and Louis Schoorl. MAG has previously provided production for Astrid S, Giorgio Moroder, and Demi Lovato.
Beyond her recorded output, Lawrence has performed with the Dixie Chicks twice, one performance of which was a duet with Natalie Maines at Los Angeles' storied Hollywood Bowl. Her cover of "You're The One That I Want," released earlier this year, landed on Spotify's Viral 50 Global Chart.
In addition to her musical endeavors, she is a model, represented by IMG, has worked for Chanel and appeared in Vogue, Galore, and Buzzfeed.
