Los Angeles based rap artist Jalen McMillan gives his fans a reason to celebrate during difficult times, as two new songs surface.

2020 hasn’t exactly been one to remember, from our loss of Kobe Bryant, to the pandemic, life as we know it has been drastically interrupted.

Although it’s not going to completely re-alter our situation, McMillan, 25, resurfaces and gives his fans a reason to lift spirits as two new songs “Orgasm (Interlude)” & “Motivated” ft DJ PLAE have now been released on Soundcloud, Spotify, YouTube, and his social networks.

The fanfare and hype behind a Jalen McMillan song is unprecedented. Despite only having released 2 full length commercial mixtapes to this point, his songs receive millions of plays across his social networks, usually within days of uploading.

With “Motivated” McMillan is looking to follow up the incredible success of this last single “No Cap” (ft DJ PLAE) which has over 50 million plays on his Soundcloud and charted on Spotify’s Daily Top 200.

When asked about the two singles, McMillan says, “I want to give the fans, who have been so good to me, something to be happy about & motivate them, despite these difficult times. I want you to take these experiences & grow”. “A pandemic can & will not stop us”.

The two new songs are takes from “STUNNA” which is expected to be McMillan’s debut major release and includes “Motivated” merch, which fans can purchase on his website.
