Desarae Dee is a Toronto based fusion pianist who is widely known for her unconventional and spontaneous playing style. Often compared to the likes of Robert Glasper, she has the unique ability to fuse many musical styles together, while creating unique, unusual chord structures and powerful melodic lines, which has given her the range to share the stage with some of Toronto's biggest and brightest stars.

This talented musician has just dropped her self-produced, instrumental single entitled “LVLS”, that we guarantee that you will love, especially around the 1 minute mark when the sick kick and snare arrive. Our one and only complaint is that “LVLS” is too short!

Speaking about her new track, Desarae says, ”LVLS is an instrumental song that is filled with raw emotion, very passionate and has many musical levels that I feel a lot of people can relate to. The music tells the story of the journey through my 20s that had a lot of ups and downs and my ability to overcome those obstacles. It also reveals the many layers of who I am as a person and a musician/artist.”
