Declan Sheehy-Moss Drops His New Single "Holding My Hand In The Hallway”
Declan Sheehy-Moss is a talented New York City based genre-defying saxophonist and composer who artfully blends jazz, pop, funk, and electronic elements to craft an incendiary fusion of sound. His adeptness with digital production and recording techniques, coupled with his instrumental virtuosity, yields a unique digital-acoustic amalgamation at his Brooklyn-based studio, replete with analog synths, EWI, and an array of unconventional instruments.
“Holding My Hand In The Hallway” is the first of Declan's in a year, created entirely in his home studio. After recording every instrument but one, composing, producing, and mixing this song, Declan reached out to his crew of NYC talent to put on the finishing touches.
Declan recently signed to Lyonhill Records, and this is his first release on the label, with two more singles and a full EP to follow in the coming months. A limited run of cassette tapes will be made, with custom J-cards and stickers.
“Holding My Hand In The Hallway” is a track you will love, especially if you are a fan of artists like Tame Impala, Thundercat, and Louis Cole. Vibe out to it below, connect with Declan on his social media, and be on the lookout for his upcoming singles and EP.
