North Carolina artists C.Shreve the Professor and John Alex Harper just released a new collaboration featuring production from P.U.R.P. entitled "Boom Bap Bistro". The formula on this one is pretty simple: boom bap + bars. 

The infectious soundscape provided by NC native P.U.R.P. gives ample platform to Shreve and Harper to slice the rhythm however they see fit, with both providing solid solo verses as well as a stellar back and forth third verse.

Shreve is currently finishing up several projects and preparing for the Fine Rhyme Pros Tour that will take him through Atlanta, New Orleans, Birmingham, and other cities in the deep south. 

Harper recently relocated to Seattle, WA and also released a full new project called "Artwork by Funktional People":
