Tiphanie Doucet Finds the Light in Debut Album, "Under My Sun"
Few things are more relaxing and rejuvenating than basking beneath the sun on a warm summer day, and now French singer-songwriter, Tiphanie Doucet has bottled up that feeling and serves it to you with her debut album "Under My Sun."
The album dances through Tiphanie's journey of becoming a woman following a painful breakup, where she shares intimate experiences of love, loss, infidelity, addiction, and self doubt. More than this, "Under My Sun" is about growth, self discovery, and maintaining a positive outlook throughout life's tribulations. "I wrote a lot of this music with some anger, some sadness, some self questioning, but music puts me at peace and that's is what I want to give to the ones who listen to this album. If you want to make your life warm and happy, you can. You are your own “sun,” Tiphanie said.
"Under My Sun" was recorded in the Catskill Mountains and produced by Simon Felice and David Baron and is available everywhere now via AWAL.
