Stream "Bad Kid, GOOD City", the Debut Album From Queens Rap Artist Dre A.M.

Queens’ own Dre A.M. has just unveiled his newly released 12-track album, “Bad Kid, GOOD City”, which follows his self-directed music video that we shared recently entitled “Lost Harmonics” (watch it HERE).

Speaking about the background of his debut full length project, Dre A.M. says:

“A young man tries to "escape" suburbia into the inner city to find out what he's made of.

This project features haunting, cinematic production which represents the mania that I was going through at the time. I unfortunately attempted suicide during the writing process which landed me a visit to a mental hospital, sidelining me for weeks. Once I was released, I had several verses ready for the studio in Brooklyn where I would head to with my co-producer.

I created this album because I believe that human beings still maintain a hunter-gatherer esque instinct that has become defunct in modern times - I wanted to rediscover this element of the self by escaping my quiet neighborhood into the projects and the inner city.”
