Nas Protege Quan Taps Pusha T and Family for Long-Awaited Sophomore Album, "Point Of No Return"

For Nas collaborator Quan, longevity has been a double-edged sword. Thirteen years removed from when he first exploded onto the scene and music has remained a passion, and street life a dangerous reality. The extraordinarily talented rapper/singer/songwriter/producer/multi-instrumentalist who was once signed to Nas's Ill Will Records imprint has released his long-awaited sophomore album, Point Of No Return, as a testament to his resilience and full dedication to music.

"After giving most of my life to the streets, and knowing that the streets don't come with a retirement plan, I made the decision to leave what I came from behind and not return to that which has almost cost me my life and freedom way too many times. So here's a toast to growth and God's favor for a street nigga. Amen." - Quan

Out now via Quan's own indie imprint Kingz Nation, Point of No Return serves as the official full-length follow-up to his 2009 debut album, Walking Testimony (2009). Self-produced, the album features Pusha T, Quan's parents, and his eleven year old son.
