If you had to describe your style of music to a stranger in three words, which ones would you choose?
Unique, Real, Versatile.
Congratulations on the release of your new single "Slow It Down". Who produced it and what inspired you to write it?
Thank you very much! "Slow It Down" was produced by Majestic Drama. The song was inspired by young people and their everyday life; primarily those that attend night life events where they are constantly meeting new people and interacting whether that is through conversation or dance. I wanted to give women a song that they can dance to and feel the rhythm from slow-to fast paced.
What can you tell us about your upcoming EP? Also, will "Slow It Down" be featured on it?
On the upcoming EP you should all expect to hear music that primarily tells a story based on real life events. Majority of the music is based on my life; the life events and situations that have affected me in my life; explanations as to why I became an artist, stories about real relationships that I have been through, the lifestyle we are living and the struggles, and mainly the hustle to get to the top.
Yes, 'Slow It Down' will be featured on this EP.
Where specifically are you based in Canada now and what's the Hip-Hop/RnB music scene like there?
I was born and raised in Montreal, QC and currently reside in Toronto, ON. The Hip-Hop scene in Toronto is booming currently. There is ALOT of talent coming out of the 6ix. We need to appreciate and support the talent coming out of our city.
If you could pick any artist to appear on a remix to "Slow It Down", who would you pick?
Tory Lanez
Finish this sentence - "When someone listens to my new EP for the first time, they will..."
...feel my pain and get to know who I am and what I have been through to get to be the man I am today; or they will be able to relate to my story.
