Amber Run Release Their Full-Length Album "Philophobia"

Amber Run have released their third studio album “Philophobia”. "Our new album, Philophobia, is about connection," said the band of the release. "It's about love in all its forms, whether platonic or romantic, or the relationship we have with ourselves. It's our way of connecting with you and we hope you enjoy listening."

Throughout the album's 11-song, soul-searching exploration of the fear of falling in love, Amber Run uses “Philophobia” to highlight that whether it be platonic, romantic, unrequited, unconditional or ugly, every person will experience some degree of love within their lifetime. The album features the band's previously released singles including "What Could Be as Lonely As Love," a bombastic track that juxtaposes the sentiment of not feeling worthy of love, "The Darkness Has a Voice" which follows the internal conversations people have with themselves, a call to action to embrace the ecstasy that live music and life provide in "Neon Circus," as well as "Affection," and the late-2018 release "Carousel" which Billboard states "captures the all consuming nature of love."

Amber Run will return to North America in October 2019 for a 16-city run with back-to-back shows in San Francisco and Los Angeles - their first California appearances. Tickets are available now at www.amber-run.com/live. Full run of dates can be found below. On the strength of their RIAA Gold Certification single "I Found," Amber Run has cultivated a steadfast fanbase who have propelled the band to OVER 250 million global streams and selling OVER 30,000 headlining tickets to date throughout the US and UK.
